Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking aCommercial Service Technician to service and repair commercial security systems, including Burglar, Fire, CCTV, and Card Access. You will work from a remote location with tools provided, delivering high-quality service to resolve building inefficiencies.

You will coordinate inspections, advise customers, and provide solutions in real-time. A valid driver’s license and basic electrical experience are required, with certification opportunities noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience installing/servicing Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.
• Experience with Card Access/CCTV/IP cameras.
• Excellent communication skills and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service security systems; repair or replace alarms and CCTV equipment.
• Coordinate inspections and installations with local authorities when required.
• Provide quotes and recommendations to ensure facility efficiency and upsell opportunities.
