Job summary

Johnson Controls Service Technician role based in Chantilly, VA, focuses on troubleshooting and servicing security systems, including burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and card access. You will work with customers to resolve issues, perform inspections, and coordinate with the care center to keep systems running efficiently.

Qualifications include at least 1 year with Tyco or similar security lines, familiarity with IP cameras, and an electrical/electronic background, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience installing and inspecting/servicing Tyco Integrated Security or comparable product line.
• Experience with Card Access and CCTV/IP cameras.
• Must have excellent communication skills and an electrical/electronic background.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service security systems for customers.
• Repair or replace burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, Card Access systems as needed.
• Coordinate with customers and care center to report status of inspections and issues.
