Job summary

F5, Inc. is seeking a full-time remote Security Program Manager to lead strategy, development, and execution of security initiatives in alignment with business objectives. You will communicate effectively across teams and manage cross-functional programs from planning to delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in program management within technology environments, with a focus on cybersecurity programs across engineering and product teams. PMP/PgMP certifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or equivalent desirable.
• 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in technology-based companies.
• Proven track record delivering complex, high-impact projects.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs across engineering and product organizations.
• PMP, PgMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a program execution plan and roadmap for cross-functional activities.
• Establish governance structures, monitor program execution, and manage risks and issues.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on program status, milestones, and performance metrics.
