F5 Inc. in Seattle seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead strategic enterprise-wide initiatives within the Office of the CISO.

You’ll own strategy, development, and execution of programs across people, process, and technology, delivering value at scale with strong cross‑functional influence. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in program management, expertise in cybersecurity programs, and proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• MBA or equivalent desirable.
• PMP, PgMP, or other project management certifications are highly desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex, high‑impact projects.
• Experience managing cybersecurity programs across cross‑functional engineering and product organizations is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, success criteria, and alignment with overall business objectives.
• Design, build and maintain an overall program execution plan and roadmap to support activities spanning multiple functions.
• Identify workstreams and monitor execution of the program per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget.
• Establish team structure for each workstream and guide leads and coordinators on scope and timelines.
• Create and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the program.
• Partner with Change Management for business readiness and adoption.
• Establish governance, handle issues and mitigate risks.
• Facilitate communication across business units and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Serve as escalation point on risks, issues and decisions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on status and metrics.
• Establish program rhythm of business with communications and readouts.
• Deliver executive-level presentations as needed.
• Balance business and technical acumen and apply best practices.
