Responsibilities

• Define outcomes, scope, and success criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Design and maintain an overall program execution plan and roadmap spanning multiple functions.
• Identify workstreams and monitor execution per scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget.
• Establish team structure for each workstream and guide project leads and coordinators.
• Create and monitor measures of success / KPIs for the program.
• Partner with Change Management to drive readiness and adoption.
• Establish governance and proactively mitigate risks.
• Facilitate cross-unit communication ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Escalate risks and decisions and course-correct as needed.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Deliver executive-level presentations as needed.
