Job summary

SailPoint is seeking a Technical Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a broad product security program. You will drive execution across security architecture reviews, vendor procurements, CI/CD security gates, and cross-functional programs spanning Product, Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, and CISO organizations.

You will own the operating rhythm, manage dependencies, and produce executive-ready updates to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing security, infrastructure, or platform engineering programs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of 12+ concurrent product security initiatives with clear status, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Maintain and manage the initiative roadmap and weekly tracking cadence.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies across DevOps, Platform Engineering, Architecture, Product, and CISO.
• Build relationships with engineering leaders to enable frictionless cross-team coordination.
• Manage vendor procurement pipeline from front-door process through decision packages for leadership.
• Produce executive-ready status updates and quarterly program reviews.
