Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure initiatives have clear outcomes, scope, and success criteria.
• Design and maintain a program execution plan and roadmap across functions.
• Identify workstreams and monitor scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Establish team structures and provide direction to leads and coordinators.
• Create and monitor KPIs; report status to leadership.
• Partner with Change Management for business readiness and adoption.
