Job summary

Bugcrowd is seeking a versatile security technical program manager to drive keystone programs and ensure the engineering team remains on a path of success. You will drive multiple programs, foster accountability, and enable engineering to own security across the company.

The role requires excellent communication as the cybersecurity department collaborates with all departments, including engineering, product management, and operations, across geographies (US, IN, AUS).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in engineering or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management.
• 2+ years exposure to security, site reliability engineering, or software engineering.
• Ability to understand IT concepts such as web applications and servers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Vulnerability Management Program with security engineering support.
• Drive metrics and regular program reviews to communicate performance.
• Provide leadership across high-visibility projects with cross-functional teams (US, IN, AUS).
• Build and improve project management tools and practices.
• Assist with calendar management and vendor coordination for TISO and CI&SO.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or relevant field
