Job summary

Endurance IT Services is seeking a Security Account Executive to drive revenue growth across a Virginia territory. This remote-friendly role focuses on security, access control, and managed IT services for commercial, public sector, and enterprise clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build executive-level relationships, and maintain a robust pipeline while collaborating with engineering and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven success building relationships through networking, referrals, and partnerships.
• Experience selling B2B technology, managed services, security, or access control solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and expand market presence within an assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities related to security, access control, and managed IT services.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships across industries, community organizations, and strategic partners.
• Proactively develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Accurately forecast sales opportunities and manage activities to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct regular onsite and virtual meetings with prospects and clients.
• Perform discovery sessions and site walkthroughs to understand customer needs and security challenges.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, project, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Represent Endurance IT Services as a trusted advisor and solutions partner.
• Participate in networking events, industry functions, training sessions, and trade shows as needed.
