You will drive 10-K/10-Q readiness and related disclosures with autonomy. Ideal candidates have CPA credentials and 6–8+ years in public accounting or industry, with SEC reporting experience and a track record at publicly traded companies.

Qualifications

• CPA with roughly 6–8+ years across public accounting and/or industry
• Experience at publicly traded companies and SEC reporting (10-K/10-Q)
• Ability to ramp quickly and work without a playbook

Responsibilities

• Prepare US GAAP financial statements and disclosures for 10-K/10-Q.
• Create technical memos on revenue recognition and related areas.
• Monitor FASB and SEC pronouncements and assess impact.
