Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Research and analyze complex accounting matters per US GAAP.
• Support clients with financial reporting and technical accounting initiatives.
• Assist with transaction-related accounting and reporting matters.
• Evaluate financial reporting processes and strengthen controls and workflows.
• Communicate technical accounting matters and recommendations to stakeholders.
