Job summary

The Bolton Group has partnered with a Northeast Atlanta-based technology company to recruit an SEC Reporting Manager. This role reports to the Corporate Controller and leads external reporting as an individual contributor initially.

The ideal candidate has a CPA, Big 4/large firm experience, 4–7 years in SEC reporting, and exposure to mergers & acquisitions. Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Experience with SEC registrants is essential.
• Background in mergers & acquisitions is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all external SEC reporting for the company.
• Collaborate with corporate finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate filings.

*SEC Reporting Manager---Up to $130K + Bonus (100% Employer Paid Health Insurance)---Northeast Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)*

One of our very good clients, a $100 Million Technology company based in Atlanta, is looking to hire an SEC Reporting Manager.

This position will report directly to the Corporate Controller and will oversee all external reporting for the company. This position will be an individual contributor role to start.

Our client offers a very fun, upbeat, and collaborative corporate culture as well as a flexible hybrid work schedule (3 days in/2 days remote).

Here is what we are looking for:

• * Previous Big 4/Large Accounting Firm Experience (A Must)
• * 4 to 7 years of experience
• * Solid experience working with SEC Registrants
• * Experience with mergers & acquisitions is highly desired
• * Team Player with excellent communication skills
• * Up to $130K plus $10K annual bonus (100% paid for health insurance)
