hyrUP seeks an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to lead US GAAP financial reporting for a remote, contract-to-hire role. The position offers immediate impact with exposure to executive leadership and the Audit Committee, and a pathway to permanent employment.

You will drive 10-K/10-Q readiness and related disclosures with autonomy. Ideal candidates have CPA credentials and 6–8+ years in public accounting or industry, with SEC reporting experience and a track record at publicly traded companies.

$70–$100/hour on a Contract Basis

Converts at ~$160K base + 15% bonus + RSUs

What You’d Own:

• US GAAP financial statements, disclosures, and the build toward 10-K and 10-Q reporting
• Technical memos on revenue recognition, share-based compensation, acquisition accounting and guarantees
• Monitoring FASB and SEC pronouncements and assessing their impact
• Lender reporting packages, covenant compliance certifications and calculations
• Coordination with external auditors, the executive team and the Audit Committee
• Close automation and process improvement

What They’re Looking For:

• CPA with roughly 6–8+ years across public accounting and/or industry, with experience at publicly traded companies
• SEC reporting experience: 10-K, 10-Q and related disclosures
• Able to ramp quickly and deliver from week one
• Comfortable without a playbook, and confident enough to push back
• Bonus: FloQast, NetSuite, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
• Type: contract or contract-to-hire

• Contract rate: $70–$100 per hour
