TaxSlayer is seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the 2026/2027 tax season. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with paid training. Open to candidates in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat, guiding customers through the tax filing process. Responsibilities include providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
