Job summary

TaxSlayer, LLC is hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the peak tax season. You will assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering accurate information and troubleshooting issues to ensure a smooth tax filing experience.

The role is temporary and work-from-home with paid training. Open to candidates in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
