TaxSlayer is seeking Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to work remotely during the 2026/2027 tax season. Begin in early January, with opportunities to assist customers via phone, email or chat. This temporary role offers paid training and a competitive starting wage.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product details, and keeping accurate records while meeting performance goals in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Previous customer support or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
