Job summary

Sutherland is hiring Seasonal Sales/Telesales Associates for a remote US-only role. You’ll engage with existing clients to provide expert support and identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services. This is a full-time seasonal position through February with pay up to $20/hour and incentives.

You'll work in a performance-driven environment that values ownership, service, and continuous learning. Company-provided equipment and work-from-home flexibility are included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred (call center experience a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient PC and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and courteous service via phone, email, or web inquiries
• Resolve client requests and maintain strong relationships that support retention
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to support customers throughout the full policy cycle
• Troubleshoot escalated service, billing, and claims issues
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend solutions based on client needs
• Support and mentor junior colleagues when needed
