Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong typing speed (30 wpm) and data entry accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and multiple applications.
• Ability to learn and use customer service software efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other channels.
• Resolve product, order, shipping, and service inquiries with first-contact resolution in mind.
• Process transactions accurately and document interactions in internal systems.
• Assist onboarding and training of seasonal team members and support performance goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with remote work requirements.
