Concentrix is hiring a Customer Service / Sales Representative-Remote (Seasonal) to support customers from home. The role interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the Internet, resolving routine problems and assisting with purchases.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
• Proficiency in multitasking and fast computer navigation.
• High-speed internet and smartphone required.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide.
• Help customers complete purchases and provide post-order support.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred.
• Offer additional products and/or services.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
