Job summary

World Vision is hiring a Remote Seasonal Donor Services Representative to join the Donor Contact Services team. The role is remote within the U.S. (Pacific/Mountain), with hybrid options near Seattle, WA, and reports to the Manager of Contact Center.

Training runs Oct 19–Dec 31, 2026, with a paid program and 8‑hour shifts after training. You will handle inbound/outbound calls to donors, offering up-selling and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with basic routine work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service/sales or call center experience preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 20 WPM is required.
• Reliable high-speed internet with 25 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with proper grammar.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to current and potential donors.
• Identify up-selling opportunities and cross-sell WV programs as appropriate.
• Demonstrate active listening to assess callers' needs and input data accurately.
• Maintain donor information using technology and data entry skills.
• Achieve and maintain performance statistics to meet call center goals.
• Research inquiries and respond using available resources and materials.
• Communicate World Vision's involvement in ministries and projects globally.
• Work collaboratively with team members and accept feedback and direction.
• Adhere to organizational policies and maintain professionalism on every call.
