Job summary

Uncommon Goods is seeking Seasonal Customer Support Specialists to assist customers remotely across phone, live chat, and email. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Advocate for customers and be conscientious in all interactions.
• Identify customer problems quickly, report them accurately, and offer solutions.
• Place orders and answer product questions using available resources.
• Follow up on outstanding matters and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Show strong interest in product quality and brand alignment.
• Work as a self-starter with minimal direction to meet efficiency targets.
