Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to professionally handle customer inquiries regarding goods and services for seasonal holiday orders, including fruit baskets and steaks. This BYOD, work-from-home role requires reliable internet, dedicated workspace, and availability on weekdays with some weekends.

Position is temporary with potential for full-time or part-time transition based on attendance and performance; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service or customer support experience preferred
• 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background check required by state and federal laws

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner
• Handle customer questions and concerns across phone, email, and chat
• Follow scripts when handling topics
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives
• Access resources to accurately handle calls
• Upsell products when opportunities arise
• Maintain punctuality and professional demeanor
• Be flexible to cross-train as needed
