Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Seasonal Retail Service Agent (Wisconsin) to provide remote customer support during the holiday peak. You will handle phone and email inquiries related to products, orders, reservations, and services with a focus on first-contact resolution and a positive customer experience.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a home office in Wisconsin or Illinois.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Must reside in Wisconsin or Illinois.
• Attend mandatory virtual training up to 10 days.
• 25-40 hour per week training schedule, Monday through Friday.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Strong computer skills with Windows and multiple software applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional, friendly interactions.
• Assist customers via phone and email with inquiries, purchases, and services.
