Qualifications

• Take incoming phone calls.
• Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week (Sunday – Saturday).

• Possess a dedicated home office free of distractions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in placing orders over the phone.
• Answer questions regarding shipping, sizing, order status, and product availability.
• Assist customers in returning and exchanging merchandise.
• Place a limited number of outbound calls to assist customers.
• Increase company sales through friendly communication with customers.
• Monitor orders for inaccurate information to prevent issues like duplicates or fraud.
• Other duties as assigned.
