Job summary

ITM Marketing, Inc. is seeking remote Customer Service Representatives in the United States. The role supports weather-related customer service, using phones, email, chat, and web browsers.

Training is self-guided and online for up to 8 hours, with support from a partner team from 7am to 7pm CST. These are Limited Service (Seasonal), Full-time Remote positions with potential for permanent placement after completion.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months customer service experience preferred.
• Must speak and read English clearly; bilingual a plus but not required.
• Must type at least 20 WPM.
• Proven ability to work well in a team and use a PC in Windows environment.
• Employment contingent on background check and E-Verify verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable responses to telephone, email, and chat inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Follow established policies and procedures including timesheets, privacy rules, and multiple inquiries.
• Utilize standard technology (telephone, email, web browser) to perform duties.
• Assist callers in an empathetic and kind manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
