Job summary

Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support customers Sep–Dec 2026. You will handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with warmth, helping buyers before and after orders.

Take ownership of inquiries, navigate CRM and order systems, and collaborate with a small, connected team led by a supervisor. Some evenings and weekend shifts are required to meet seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with high-end customers and owning problems.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and queues.
• Experience with design-related work and fulfillment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work without canned templates.
• Experience using omni-channel CRM platforms like SF, ZD etc.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with warmth and ownership.
• Resolve customer concerns and product inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Leverage internal knowledge base to provide informed, empathetic service.
• Navigate multiple systems (CRM, order databases, design files) during interactions.
• Document interactions accurately within CRM and data policies.
• Share proactive insights with leadership to improve the customer journey.
