Job summary

Minted is seeking a remote Seasonal Customer Service Representative to support high‑end customers from September through December 2026. You’ll work in a small, collaborative team, handling phone, email, live chat, and social interactions with warmth and ownership.

You will navigate orders, design proofs, and fulfillment details across multiple platforms, delivering proactive solutions and a premium brand experience during a busy holiday period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with high-end customers and ownership of problems.
• Experience handling inbound contact volume and multi-system navigation.
• Experience with design- or fulfillment-related issues and multi-platform workflows.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, live chat, and social media interactions with ownership and warmth.
• Resolve customer concerns, product inquiries, and fulfillment challenges promptly without scripts.
• Utilize internal knowledge base and CRM tools to deliver elevated service.
• Cross-reference order information and design files to support orders and updates.
• Document interactions in CRM and share insights with leadership to improve the customer journey.
