Formación

• 1+ years of previous work experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Data entry experience with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient use of core systems and office equipment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Basic math skills.
• Solid organization skills from prior roles.

Responsabilidades

• Performs daily claims customer support activities.
• Completes FNOL entry for all lines of business into ClaimCenter.
• Maintains knowledge of FNOL processes and procedures.
• Responds to claims email inquiries and monitors CCC inbox.
• Handles inquiries from claims personnel or customers by phone or email.
• Researches unidentified claims documents in Claims Capture.
