Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a remote Customer Support Associate on a 6-month contract basis, with an East Coast location requirement. You will handle inbound calls about deliveries, service issues, and account inquiries, navigating complex scenarios and using MS tools to manage workflows.

The role requires flexibility to cover 8am–8pm EST shifts, availability for holidays, a background check, and potential contract-to-hire progression with benefits if a permanent role is offered.
