TRG TECH RESEARCH GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager – Southeast Asia to drive business with government and law-enforcement customers across SEA. You will own opportunities, build local partnerships, and manage multi-stage sales cycles from initial engagement to contract closure.

The role requires strong knowledge of government procurement, a proven SEA network, and fluency in English. Travel across Southeast Asia is expected, with remote work options and a robust benefits package upon

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2G software/IT sales to government customers in SEA.
• Experience with law-enforcement/public-safety or intelligence agencies preferred.
• Understanding of budgeting, procurement, tendering and purchasing within SEA.
• Established network within government or law-enforcement environments in SEA is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Southeast Asia.

Responsabilités

• Develop and grow TRG's business across Southeast Asia focusing on government and law-enforcement customers.
• Build and manage a strong regional sales pipeline for Intellectus.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the region.
• Own complex sales cycles from initial engagement through negotiation and contract closure.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Solution Architecture, Product, and internal teams.
• Meet assigned sales targets and strategic objectives as set by management.
