Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with people management or leadership experience.
Demonstrated success in sales or account management within the Government sector.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, matrix environments.
Strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to influence at all levels.
Data-driven decision-making and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

Coach and develop the team to achieve goals and grow professionally.

Track KPIs like Revenue Growth, Quota Achievement, and Win Rates.
