TRG TECH RESEARCH GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our B2G business across European government markets. You will own complex sales cycles from opportunity identification through contract signature, leveraging your existing relationships within law enforcement, defense and ministries.

A strong procurement fluency and ability to navigate tender procedures are essential. You will build and manage pipelines, work with partners and internal teams, meet targets, and travel regularly to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2G sales experience.
• Active relationships within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions or government bodies in European markets.
• Understanding of European public-sector procurement, tender procedures, framework agreements, budgets and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage TRG’s B2G sales pipeline across European markets from qualification through contract signature.
• Activate and develop relationships within law enforcement, intelligence, defense, security institutions, ministries and other government agencies.
• Identify and close new business opportunities for TRG’s solutions.
• Navigate European procurement processes including RFPs/RFIs, tenders, framework agreements, procurement cycles.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture, Product, Legal, Compliance and Delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting.
• Meet sales targets and strategic objectives.
