Inis - Fragrances of Ireland is seeking an ambitious, early-career salesperson to learn the US gift market and grow into broader sales responsibilities. You will support the North America Sales Manager, manage accounts and rep networks, and develop opportunities that align with the brand's boutique positioning.

Ideal candidates are hungry, organized, and eager to learn a beloved, independent brand. Remote-friendly with travel to trade shows and key accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Min of 2-5 years of sales, account, or sales-support experience in consumer goods or gifting.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data files, able to produce clear reports.
• Warm, credible communicator with reps, customers, and colleagues.
• Able to build strategic selling stories and manage data accuracy.
• Willing to travel, including multi-day trade shows, in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Support the North America Sales Manager in growing current customers and developing new opportunities.
• Qualify leads with timely follow-through to convert interest into orders.
• Vet and research new accounts and locations for brand fit.
• Learn and build selling stories, and contribute to presentations that win customers.
• Support independent rep groups and produce monthly rep reports.
• Keep data files, manage trade-show setup and logistics, and assist with paperwork.
