Job summary

INIS - Fragrances of Ireland is seeking an ambitious early-career salesperson to learn the US gift market and grow into greater sales and account responsibility. You will work closely with our North America Sales Manager and support the independent rep network that drives the business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in sales, accounts, or sales support, ideally in consumer goods.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data reporting.
• Strong relationship-building with reps, customers, colleagues.
• Ability to craft strategic selling stories.
• Highly organized with paperwork, portals, deadlines, and data accuracy.
• Willing to travel and self-manage remotely.
• Curious about gifting brand and channels.

Responsibilities

• Support NA Sales Manager to grow current customer base and develop new Independent, key-account and multi-door opportunities.
• Qualify leads and convert interest into orders.
• Research new accounts and trade show opportunities.
• Develop selling stories with data-driven insights.
• Coordinate rep groups and monthly reports.
• Assist with trade show setup and logistics.
