Fragrances of Ireland Ltd is seeking an ambitious early-career salesperson to learn the US gift market and grow into greater sales responsibilities. You will support the North America Sales Manager and the independent rep network while developing more opportunities and refining pitching strategies.

This role offers growth, travel to trade shows, and a chance to contribute to a beloved, boutique fragrance brand with a strong independent retailer focus.

Qualifications

• Min of 2–5 years of sales, account, or sales-support experience.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data files; able to create clear reports and insights.
• Warm, credible communication style that builds relationships with reps, customers, and colleagues.
• Strong capability in building strategic selling stories.
• Strong organizational skills; reliable with paperwork, portals, deadlines, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the North America Sales Manager in growing current customer base and developing new independent, key-account and multi-door opportunities; tailor category stories to each new customer.
• Qualify leads with timely follow-up to convert interest into orders.
• Vet and research new accounts and locations to decide fit for the brand.
• Learn and build selling stories; develop category, data-driven, and merchandising thinking; contribute to presentations.
