Job summary

Fragrances of Ireland Ltd, trading as INIS, is seeking an ambitious early-career salesperson to learn the US gift market and grow into broader sales responsibilities. You will support the North America Sales Manager, nurture independent reps, and help expand opportunities while preserving the brand’s boutique positioning.

You will build category stories, qualify leads, travel to trade shows, and manage data and reports as you advance.

Qualifications

• Min 2–5 years of sales, account, or sales-support experience in consumer goods (fragrances, beauty, personal care, lifestyle).
• Comfort with spreadsheets and data files; able to build clear reports and insights.
• Warm, credible communication built with reps, customers, and colleagues.
• Strong ability to craft strategic selling stories.
• Excellent organizational skills with paperwork, portals, deadlines, and data accuracy.
• Hungry, coachable, and ambitious to grow into bigger sales roles.
• Willing to travel, including multi-day trade shows; able to work remotely.
• Curious about gifting channel and brand.

Responsibilities

• Support NA Sales Manager to grow current customer base and develop new independent and key accounts.
• Qualify leads with timely follow-up to convert interest into orders.
• Research new accounts and locations to decide where the brand fits.
• Learn and build selling stories; create presentations to win customers.
