Fragrances of Ireland Ltd is seeking an ambitious, early-career salesperson to learn the US gift market from the ground up and grow into greater sales responsibility. You will work closely with the North America Sales Manager, supporting the accounts and rep network that drive the business today and gradually take on more opportunities as you develop.

Qualifications

• Min of 2–5 years of sales, account, or sales-support experience in consumer goods; gifting industry a plus.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data files; able to derive insights.
• Warm, credible communication style that builds relationships with reps, customers, and colleagues.
• Strong capability in building strategic selling stories.
• Strong organisational capabilities and reliability with paperwork, portals, deadlines, and data accuracy.
• Willing to travel; able to self‑manage in a remote role.
• Curious about the gifting channel and a distinctive, much‑loved brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the North America Sales Manager in growing current customer base and developing new independent, key-account and multi-door opportunities; build data-driven category stories for each customer.
• Qualify leads; follow through to turn interest into orders.
• Vet and research new accounts and locations to decide where the brand fits.
• Learn and build selling stories; create presentations that win and grow customers.
