Job summary

Inis - Fragrances of Ireland, a family-owned boutique perfumery, seeks an ambitious sales-focused professional to grow the US gift market from the ground up. You will support the North America Sales Manager and the independent rep network, gradually taking on more responsibility and ensuring the brand maintains its boutique positioning.

You will learn the market, develop compelling selling stories, and build data-driven presentations to win new accounts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales, account, or sales-support experience in consumer goods (fragrances, beauty, personal care, lifestyle).
• Experience in gifting industry welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Support the North America Sales Manager in growing current customers and developing new Independent, key-account and multi-door opportunities, while preserving boutique positioning.
• Follow up on leads and qualify opportunities to convert interest into orders.
• Research and vet new accounts and locations to decide where the brand fits best.
• Learn the selling story and build data-driven category presentations for customers.
• Support independent rep groups and contribute to territory performance.
