Fragrances of Ireland Ltd is seeking an ambitious early-career salesperson to learn the US gift market and grow into greater sales responsibility. You will support the North America Sales Manager and the rep network, helping expand independent and multi-door accounts while preserving the brand’s boutique positioning.

This role offers a clear growth path, remote work options across the US, travel to trade shows, and a chance to build data-driven category stories.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales, account, or sales-support experience in consumer goods preferred.
• Ability to build data-driven reports and derive insights.
• Clear, credible communication with reps, customers, and colleagues.
• Strong selling-story development and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organization, portals, deadlines, and data accuracy.
• Ambitious, coachable, and eager to learn the market.
• Willingness to travel including multi-day trade shows; remote work capable.
• Curious about gifting channel and brand.

Responsibilities

• Support NA Sales Manager to grow current customers and develop new independent accounts.
• Qualify leads and convert interest into orders with timely follow-up.
• Research new accounts and determine fit for the brand.
• Develop selling stories and presentations to win new customers.
• Support independent rep groups and create monthly territory reports.
• Help keep data files up to date and assist trade-show logistics.
