Job summary

Alto Software Group in the UK is seeking a Sales Development Representative to convert conversations with independent estate agents into revenue across the Houseful portfolio. You’ll split time between inbound enquiries and proactive outbound outreach, serving as the go-to voice for agency owners and guiding them to the right marketing, CRM, website and reach products.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and close inbound enquiries quickly.
• Prospect by phone to open up new business.
• Grow revenue across Houseful products.
• Run a structured contact plan across allocated accounts.
• Work with territory managers and product team to provide joined-up advice.
• Own customer queries and cancellations until resolved; recover payments.
• Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date.
