Job summary

EAC Product Development Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support the Sales team with lead generation and pipeline development from a remote location in the USA.

The ideal candidate is assertive, motivated, and results-driven, with experience in outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and CRM systems. Join a growing team and help drive opportunities for our PTC CAD/PLM product offerings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, business development, or related field preferred.
• College degree preferred; equivalent education, training and experience will be considered.
• B2B sales or phone-based prospecting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Maintain CRM records and KPIs; schedule qualified discovery meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales Executives to prioritize accounts and develop territory strategies.
• Identify opportunities and communicate EAC's value proposition to decision makers.
