Keycafe, a Vancouver-based global SaaS/IoT company, is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative to engage potential customers across the United States and Canada. You will generate pipeline, qualify prospects, and set up Account Executives for success.

In this remote role, you will craft multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, overcome objections, and collaborate with marketing to refine messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SDR or outbound sales role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent.
• Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections professionally.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to targeted prospects via outbound calls, emails, and multi-channel outreach.
• Qualify leads, understand pain points, and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Manage and nurture early-stage opportunities from first contact through handoff.
• Clearly articulate Keycafe's SmartBox value proposition and how it solves operational challenges.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach and booking quotas.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy.
