Job summary

Keycafe, a fast-growing global SaaS/IoT platform, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify, qualify, and convert inbound leads into qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospects across UK & Europe, driving revenue growth in a remote-first environment.

You don’t need a technical background; you’ll explain how Keycafe’s SmartBox and cloud platform solve operational challenges, respond to inquiries, qualify fit, and schedule

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and meeting quotas.
• Proven lead qualification and pipeline-building skills.
• Strong phone presence and outbound/inbound prospecting experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email.
• Make follow-up calls to warm prospects across UK & Europe.
• Communicate professionally with customers in English.
• Qualify inbound inquiries and assess business fit.
• Navigate organizations to identify decision-makers.
• Present Keycafe’s value proposition clearly and confidently.
• Craft persuasive follow-up emails that drive engagement.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
