Job summary

SV Academy in the United States is seeking Sales Development Representatives to join a 100-day program. The path starts with 10 days of free, instructor-led sales training, then a paid residency at a partner company, and finally a transfer to the partner’s payroll with full benefits.

During days 11–100 you earn a base salary of $2,500 per month plus 100% of earned commissions as a W-2 employee. Day 100 onward, total compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 with benefits starting immediately

Qualifications

• Full-time availability during the 100-day program.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Evening training sessions (Mon-Thu, 6-9 pm ET or PT) during the first 2 weeks.
• Located in or able to commute to the partner site (Residency portion is hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Attend live, instructor-led training on Zoom.
• Work full-time as a W-2 employee at a partner company during the residency.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from SV Academy and partner leadership.
