Job summary

SV Academy is seeking a Business Development Representative for a full-time role in the San Diego area. The position starts with free sales training and a 90-day paid residency embedded at a partner company, with a clear path to a long-term sales role at one of SV Academy's 400+ partner companies.

Day 100 onward offers a transfer to the partner's payroll with total annual compensation between $65k and $95k, plus full health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits beginning when you transfer.

Qualifications

• English proficiency sufficient for professional work communication.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualifying inbound leads and scheduling discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Participate in daily coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leadership.
• Engage in hands-on sales training during the residency period.
