Job summary

SV Academy is recruiting Sales Development Representatives for a 100-day program that begins with free training and progresses to a paid residency. You will be embedded at a partner company as a W-2 employee, with day-100 transferring to the partner’s payroll and full benefits.

Duties include outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling discovery meetings. After completion, total annual compensation ranges from $55,000 to $95,000 with a complete benefits package.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Comprehensive 2-week online bootcamp training completed.

Responsibilities

• Support training and residency program during Days 1–100.
• Engage in outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Receive daily coaching from SV Academy and partner sales leaders.
