Job summary

SV Academy is hiring Sales Development Representatives in San Francisco, CA. This full-time role includes free sales training, a 3-month paid residency at a partner company, and a clear path to long-term sales roles at one of our 400+ partner companies.

Cohorts begin weekly and are limited to 25 Residents. You’ll be a W-2 employee during the residency, with a base salary and commissions that lead to $65k–$100k in total annual compensation once you transfer to a partner payroll, plus full

• English proficiency for professional work communication.

• Completed Bachelor's degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
• Collaborate with partner companies and SV Academy mentors.
