Job summary

SV Academy partners with a high-growth B2B SaaS company in San Francisco to offer an entry-level Sales Development Representative (BDR) residency. You’ll kick off with two weeks of free live training, then a 90-day paid residency at $2,500 per month plus commissions.

You'll learn to prospect, qualify, and book meetings, while receiving 1:1 mentorship and access to a strong professional network. The role leads to full-time employment post-graduation with BASE + OTE.

• No prior experience required; ambitious and coachable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Curious, driven, resilient and self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Communicate product value and qualify opportunities.
