LMG Staffing Solutions, a fast-growing, fully remote marketing agency serving funded B2B SaaS and technology companies, seeks an SDR to own the first contact with inbound, ABM, and reactivation leads. This role is not a generic dialer role but requires credibility selling into senior buyers and a drive to grow into a senior sales position.

The role starts part-time (20 hours/week), with a 90-day review for a move to full-time based on performance and lead volume.

Qualificações

• Experience selling to funded tech startups.
• Credible first conversation with marketing/growth/founder buyers.
• Organized and responsive across phone, LinkedIn, email, and CRM.
• Coachable and fast-learning in a lean, remote-first environment.
• Based in the United States; ET or CT time zones preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond same-day, ideally within the hour, to inbound, outbound, and reactivation handoffs across email, LinkedIn, and phone/text.
• Qualify every lead against ICP criteria and protect the founder's calendar from low-fit prospects.
• Book qualified discovery calls and track progress in the CRM.
