Virtual Coworker is seeking a Multi-Channel Outbound SDR to generate discovery calls via LinkedIn outreach and phone follow-ups. The SDR owns the top of the pipeline by identifying prospects, making first contact, and booking conversations for the sales team.

You will research 15–20 prospects daily, send 50–65 LinkedIn requests weekly, and conduct 150–200 outbound dials weekly, logging every touch in Zoho CRM and reporting weekly pipeline updates. Remote role open to Philippines residents.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in B2B outbound sales, SDR or lead generation.
• Proven track record booking discovery calls, not just messages.
• Confident and professional on the phone in English.
• Excellent written English, warm and concise.
• CRM experience with same-day logging is required.
• This role is open to Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines only.

Aufgaben

• Research and qualify 15–20 target prospects daily using LinkedIn.
• Send 50–65 personalized LinkedIn connection requests weekly.
• Follow up with a phone call within 48 hours of messaging.
• Execute 150–200 outbound dials per week with warm first, then cold.
• Manage 4-touch sequence per prospect and archive in CRM.
• Log every touch and outcome in Zoho CRM the same day.
• Submit a weekly pipeline report every Monday by 9:00 AM PH time.
• Book qualified discovery calls into the sales team calendar.
• A/B test message variations and share learnings with the team.
